My intuition says you are correct about the dots. My heart says yes, we are not meant to embody both masculine and feminine in the same way- depending on the vessel you are in. It's not about gender though... I think it will depend on what you identify as...
I love how you wove the idea of sacred balance—it’s beautiful, idealistic, and something I deeply yearn for in my relationship. Sitting with your reflection stirred a sea of questions within me, and I realized they emerged from a sense of “lack.” Somewhere along the way, I decided I had to be both the rock and the water. A masculine wound, perhaps...
My feminine is quietly finding her way home. I’m resetting my heart, opening to the flow, and relearning the art of receiving. Yet, there are fragments, small stones still nestled in the quiet corners of my being - softening now, yes, surrendering - ready to be carried downstream...
And then… there’s another way to see this: the love story lives within. I hold both yin and yang inside me. I can choose myself, love myself, and be whole—without expectation. Feminine and masculine move through our bodies in different ways, don’t they? Perhaps that's a conversation for another time.
I tend to agree with you. I think both positions make perfect sense. If you look at the yin and yang symbols, you have a black half a circle and a small dot that is white and vice versa. What that signifies to me is if we are born into the feminine, we can cultivate a small character of the masculine, but it has to be very small in order for inner balance to occur.
This was a good reminder. I like to think of how both genders can hold both at different times, play with it as well.
Yes finding fluidity in the play can be interesting
How beautifully you have articulated ...keep writing and keep posting :)
Thank you for the encouragement 🌺
Yes please

Yes -in agreement, a very sophisticated balance indeed.
